NORUCEE meeting in Russia

The first NORUCEE meeting was held in Saint-Petersburg, Russia (20-21 September 2007). The main goal for the meeting participants was to discuss the establishment of effective management system for cross-border exchange of assignments among the offices, & further integration their mutual cooperation activity in Northern, Central, Eastern Europe and Russia.
