NORUCEE meeting in Russia

The AESC State of the Industry Statistic Report of QII 2007 is now avaliable in Russian

The AESC State of the Industry Statistic is Quarterly Report issued by the Association of the Executive Search Consultants on statistic and trends of the global retained executive search industry. Data for this report is collected from a consistent sample of AESC member search firms that represent the activity over 1,200 executive search consultants in 42 countries worldwide. From now on the Russian translations of the AESC reports are avaliable.

New Head for TRANSEARCH Düsseldorf Office

Ingeborg Engel recently joined TRANSEARCH Germany heading up the Düsseldorf office. Prior to entering the executive search business in 1997 she worked 16 years in the chemicals and life sciences/industrial sectors. Ingeborg held various senior managerial positions assuming national and international responsibility in leading global companies. Ingeborg began her career with ICI (Zeneca), where she held sales and marketing positions of increasing accountability in Germany as well as at their headquarters in the UK.

First Business Lunch in Stuttgart

Global Revenues on the Rise for TRANSEARCH International

TRANSEARCH International recently posted the firm's year-end financials - showing a 28.6% growth in revenues from 2005. The increased results appear to be due to a continued strengthened market share especially in Europe. By regions, the firm's revenues apportion 59.7% to Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA), 26.7% to the Americas and 13.6% to the Asia Pacific region.

TRANSEARCH International Opens Offices in Russia

TRANSEARCH International recently opened two offices in Russia: Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Stanislav Alexeyev, Managing Partner, has more than 14-years' experience in executive search. Stanislav has worked with several multinational as well as local search firms and established his own firm (Top Hunt International) in 2001. He has conducted search assignments all over Russia and has a civil engineering and business education background.

Olga Chebotkova manages the office in St. Petersburg. She has widespread experience gained from FMCG and has conducted numerous assignments for Russian and multinational companies. The teams in Moscow and St. Petersburg specialise in all the major sectors.

TRANSEARCH Child Fund Foundation Created

Global Revenues on the Rise for TRANSEARCH International

TRANSEARCH International recently opened an office in Mexico City, Mexico. Salvador Elízaga, who is keen to establish the business among the top ten firms in the Mexican market, manages the office. Salvador has considerable experience in sales, marketing and human resources having worked for leading national and international companies. Senior Executives less willing to travel

More and more senior executives say no to heavy travel. One poll of 239 executives by BlueSteps.com, a career-management service of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), found that 40% are less willing to take new jobs that require heavy travel than they were five years ago.
