Retained executive search firm extends ISO quality certificate

In 2000 Lea Sauer, Managing Partner of ORBIS Executive Search Inc., TRANSEARCH International partners Zurich Office, felt very strongly that a strict policy should be set for quality in executive search. She says “In order to reflect the same level of understanding of quality as most of our clients, we decided to establish a quality system and pass the ISO certification processes”.

Since December 2000 the Zurich office is the only Retained Executive Search enterprise in Switzerland with an RES / ISO 9001:2000 certificate. Just recently, they successfully passed the repeat audit and extended its quality certificate until 2010. “Prospects and clients in all industries – even banking – are very positively surprised and impressed with this certificate”, says Christoph Hilber, who joined the office four months ago. Advantages are the immediate readiness on mandates thanks to properly documented processes and several milestones between acquisition and customer respective candidate satisfaction surveys.
